Seal dog, anyone?
The INUILI Food Academy in Greenland researches on new food products.

Greenland, January 25, 2010 - A student of the INUILI Food Academy in Narsaq, southern Greenland, takes a bite of the newly invented 'sealdog' - a hotdog made of seal meat - during the Greenland Culture Night on January 25, 2010.

Apart from teaching students, the INUILI Food Academy has a research center where new food products are being developed from Greenland raw materials.
