Man makes roti dough in the open

Singapore, Feb 16, 2010 - A reader was positive that this man wasviolating hygiene rules by preparing roti prata dough out in the open next to a carpark in Bishan.

In his message to STOMP, he said:

"This has to be in violation of some hygiene protocols if you use an open space next to a car park in full view of people, the sky and birds flying directly above to prepare "white balls" of dough for making roti prata.

"This picture was snapped at a coffeeshop outside Bishan Junction 8."
