Payment via Singapore Food Festival Souvenir Card (get it at the booths)
The food of the major Chinese dialect groups in Singapore will be showcased at this year's festival, after a successful promotion of Peranakan fare last year.
The first event, which will kick off this evening, is the Food Street.
Famous food stalls, eateries and caterers are banding together to create a long feast bursting with local flavours, from Tian Jin Hai's famous crab dishes and Hai Sheng's carrot cake to Kow Kee's Hakka yong tau foo and Xin Sheng's hae peah.
The stalls cover the cuisines of Hokkiens, Teochews, Cantonese, Hainanese and Hakkas, from their snacks to dishes served on festivals.
Receive a Rewards Card to enjoy a free coffee or free bite from Central shopping centre when you spend $10* at Clarke Quay Food Street during the Singapore Food Festival.
Redeem an additional $5 Central voucher when you spend $15* in Central. Promotion is valid from 16 July to 24 July.
