Hopefully it will have enough Satay stalls to make its fans happy. The demise of the old Satay Club had forced its famous stalls to disperse to different places.
Hopefully, Satay By The Bay will have a decent number of Satay stalls to bring back the past glory of Satay Club apart from offering Singapore street specialties.
Meanwhile you can check out eight Satay stalls recommended by The New Paper.
They include stalls selling Malay and Chinese-style satays. And one of them - Haron Satay at East Coast Lagoon food centre - was crowned Singapore Hawker Master 2011 just several months ago.
The award was given by The Straits Times and Lianhe Zaobao at Asian Masters gala dinner organised by Singapore Press Holdings.
