Caipirinha

Learn to make a refreshing Caipirinha.

Ingredients:

60ml Sagatiba
Cachaca (Brazilian cane sugar spirit)
4 cubes raw sugar
6 lime wedges
Crushed ice


Method:

Mash the lime wedges and sugar with a muddler to release the flavours and dissolve the sugar.

Add the Cachaca and top the mixture with crushed ice. Stir well and serve.

Taste: Tangy and refreshing
