Zhou’s Kitchen – Gourmet Buffet

03-28 Jurong Point Shopping Centre, opens middle of next month
Unlike other Zhou’s Kitchen outlets, where items are ordered from an a la carte menu, this Chinese eatery is a buffet restaurant.

FiftyThree
53 Armenian Street, opens end of this month
This modern European restaurant is helmed by chef Michael Han, who has previously trained at
Michelin-starred restaurants Mugaritz in Spain and Noma in Copenhagen.

Hotshots Flame-Grilled Burgers
B1-17/18 The Cathay, opens end of this month
This will be the second outlet of the popular burger chain from the Philippines. Its first store here is
at the Lau Pa Sat food centre.

Organic Hut
8 Greenwood Avenue, opens end of this month
An organic retail store, it will boast a cosy in-house cafe serving organic fruit juices, wines and snacks.

Ajisen and Botejyu
03-38/38A Jurong Point Shopping Centre, opens middle of next month
This two-in-one Japanese restaurant will serve ramen and okonomiyaki, a Japanese pancake.

Les Artistes Bistrot
35 Keong Saik Road, opens end of this month
This modern French bistro by chef Nicolas Joanny takes over the current premise of his  eponymous outlet, which moves to 31 Keong Saik Road and opens early next month.

Aston’s Specialities
03-02B Sembawang Shopping Centre, opens middle of this month
This steakhouse chain is known for its value-for-money beef steaks.

Ishi Mura
Third floor, Paradiz Centre, opens by the end of next month
This Japanese-themed foodcourt will boast food counters selling a variety of Japanese food items such as omu rice and ramen.
