The scoop of ice cream in front of me looked innocent, pristine and white...almost virginal.
But virginal it was not.
Instead, it was dangerously and seductively laced with smooth bourbon and Bailey's Irish cream.
What's a girl gotta say?
Except "seconds, please"
And that was what I had (and thirds and fourths, but who's counting?) at Udders, an ice cream boutique specialising in home-made liqueur flavours.
The brainchild of an "unconventional and rebellious" ex-teacher and an ex F&B manager, bestsellers at the cheery store include the Lychee Martini, a refreshing sorbet enhanced with some naughty vodka and the Rum Rum Raisin, another sinful concoction filled with real rum and juicy raisins.

But bewarned though: Don't go too trigger happy like my colleague, who declared that she "could eat this all day" after tasting the Triple Sec Dark Choc (above), a very dark and bitter Belgian chocolate generously spiced with an orange liqueur.
The liqueur content of the ice cream in this store decorated with bright paintings of a cow's, er, mammary glands, is strong enough to pack a punch.
Not convinced?
Three scoops of the Rum Rum Raisin is equivalent to a regular beer.
Non-alcoholic ice cream fans also have room to rejoice. Udders also has other equally scrumptious flavours like D24 Durian, Kopi C and Fresh Strawberries.
Among all, my personal favourite has to be the Pistachio.
Rich, creamy and buttery, every bite is delightfully chockful of scrumptious nuts that brought me to pistachio heaven.
Oh and when you're here, don't overlook the lava hot chocolate (below), a lucious, thick and smooth noir chocolate drink ($3.80) that will bring you to heaven.
Prices start from $3.20 (non-alcohol) and $3.90 (alcohol) for a single scoop.
