What’s the buzz:
Part of the LifeBrandz stable of food and beverage outlets, which include molecular gastronomy restaurant Aurum and nightspot Ministry of Sound, Nectarie is arguably one of Singapore’s coolest places to enjoy a cuppa.

Plonk yourself on one of the high chairs and catch a breather between shopping stops, or work out your shopping strategy perched on the candy pink seats in the al fresco area.

What’s on the menu:
The tantalising spread, conceptualised by Aurum executive chef Edward Voon, serves up a wide variety of freshly made cakes, ice creams and waffles and strudels. It also offers salads, sandwiches, soups and beverages.

What to try:
Treat yourself to strawberry shortcake, a lip-smacking concoction of fluffy light vanilla sponge, fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Another hit is the waffle topped with delightful red wine pear.
