Been baking lots of macarons lately. Trying out different flavors, experimenting with different methods. Cos as a lot of bakers might know that macarons can be very temperamental. I realise that baking macarons the french-style is most suitable for me. I have came up with pistachio nut macarons as well as chocolate macarons.
