Dinner @ Hokkaido Sushi

The sashimi was fresh in reasonable portions. Didnt like the rice as it was lacking in taste. I requested for the Saba to be grilled just right and not over-cooked. It was served grilled perfect and with minimum fishy taste. It would be great is the wasabi was fresh wasabi. The Chawanmushi was a pleasant surprise as it came with a tinge of refreshing yuzu taste.

English Hi Tea @ Piano Bar

The service at Piano Bar was excellent and the service staff was able to advise on the various choices of tea available. We liked the Mango Crumble with its crisp and crunchy crumble. The Raspberry Charlotte with its tinge of sourness, ended the hi tea well. The serving and variety were just right for 2. You wont feel overdosed and guilty with the calories. We will definately go sip the English Hi Tea again.
