Singapore's best Indian rojak stalls
Apart from the legendary Saji stalls, Adam's Indian Rojak is also carving a name for itself.

A dish brought in by immigrants from Thuckalay in Tamil Nadu after World War II, Indian rojak is a sinful indulgence of deep-fried dough balls, prawn fritters, firm tofu and hard-boiled eggs, served with an orange-coloured sweet-spicy sauce at the side.

In search of the best Indian rojak, BT visited two old favourites and made a new tasty discovery.

For me, It was always the taste, thickness and freshly made dipping gravy (sauce) that made me go to a particular stall on Waterloo Street during my School days in the early '70s.
