Take away new creations and perennial classics from Carlton Hotel. Among the former are the Flame Valentino Log Cake, with red velvet sponge layered with cream cheese, sour cream and lemon zest frosting; the Valrhona Dulcey Chocolate and Passion Lime Custard Log Cake; and the Slow-roasted Tomahawk Beef Rib with Red Wine Sauce.

The latter include Classic Chocolate Log Cake, with hazelnut praline cremeux, dark chocolate cream and moist sponge cake; and homemade Stollen and Panettone with liquor-steeped fruit. Citibank, DBS, POSB and UOB card members enjoy 15 per cent discount on all Christmas goodies from now to Dec 19, and 10 per cent discount on the same from Dec 20 to Christmas Day.
