Ku De Ta Restaurant closes the year with a four-course Festive Menu by executive chef Frederic Faucheux, which includes fresh Coffin Bay oysters, beef and foie gras cut roll, US Prime Brandt Beef ribeye and the popular pork belly lollipop.
Chief sommelier Michael Leitner complements the menu with Louis Roederer wines.
A complimentary bottle will be given to every party of four that pre-books the Festive Menu on or before Mon for reservations on Tue to Thu.
The Christmas edition of the weekend brunch expands the spread with traditional European Christmas desserts by chef Ariane Jimenez, such as gingerbread cookies, panettone, stollen and a candied fruit Christmas wreath. Chef Faucheux's New Year's Eve Menu counts down to the New Year with delicacies such as lobster tempura, scallop salad, spicy miso black cod and wagyu beef sirloin.
