At Si Chuan Dou Hua outlets, a six-course festive set menu features classic turkey alongside specialities like Double-boiled Abalone with Sea Whelk and Conpoy; Pan-fried Lamb Chop; Silver Cod in Ginger and Onion Sauce; Deep-fried Green Tea Glutinous Rice Ball with piping hot custard; chilled Black Glutinous Rice Puree with Coconut Sauce and more. Guests also get to take home a limited-edition Royal Copenhagen collectible plate (worth $68) with every bill. Also, UOB cardmembers enjoy 15 per cent off festive menus.
