BEER-Y BRUNCH BONANZA AT BLUE POTATO

SINGAPORE, 25 June 2010 – Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Singapore River and Clarke Quay, the Sunday Beer Brunch is all geared up to sizzle at the Blue Potato, the poolside alfresco restaurant at Swissôtel Merchant Court.

Treat yourself to an idyllic indulgence of barbecued seafood and meats and enjoy a free flow of beer on Sundays from 4 to 25 July, 11.30 am to 2.30 pm.
 
Embark on a gastronomic journey with a bonanza of more than 30 epicurean delicacies ranging from cold appetisers, salads, sizzling crustaceans and meats, as well as irresistible desserts. Start the buffet brunch with Oven-dried Roma Tomatoes with Mozzarella, Granny Smith Apple Slaw and Cous Cous Salad accompanied with condiments and dressings.
 
Select from a choice of succulent seafood such as Coriander Pesto Grilled Prawns, Sea Salt & Garlic Crayfish, White Clams Meunière and Rosemary & Lemon Marinated Butterfish. For meat lovers, relish our Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder or Paprika Sirloin Steak along with delectable sauces to dip. Children will love the Wagyu Burger with Caramelised Onion and Harissa Marinated Chicken Leg. To whet your appetite further, tempting hot accompaniments including Seafood Stew with Saffron and Corn on the Cob go along well with the barbecued feast.

This exquisite brunch buffet is available at $52++ per adult and $26++ per child, inclusive of a free flow of beer for adults. An additional $20++ entitles you to a free flow of Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne and wines.

 
Blue Potato is located on the second level pool deck set amid a lush landscape and also serves Western à-la-carte menu in the evenings, as well as a good selection of wines and beverages.
