Enjoy Singapore seafood of all manner, from chilli crab to fish head curry and giant grouper, at this year's Singapore Food Festival.
The organisers will also be introducing the SFF Seafood Platter created by Seafood Paradise. Priced at $36.90+, it will be sold at the SFF Food Village from July 13 to 22.
In the platter will be the restaurant's Popular Chilli Crab or Signature Creamy Butter Crab, Stir‐fried Live Geoduck with Asparagus in XO Sauce, Crisp‐fried Prawns tossed with Salted Egg Yolk, Deep‐Fried Coral Trout in Nyonya Style and Supreme Seafood Fried Rice.
SFF Village, 13 – 22 July
The location will be at Waterfront Promenade at Marina Bay with up to 50 stalls selling local and international seafood cuisines.
Catch of the Season @ Sentosa HarbourFront, 6 July – 12 Aug
Sentosa HarbourFront will present a slew of culinary events in six locations around the Waterfront.
Seafood treasures, tales and trails @ Kampong Gelam, 14 – 29 Juyl
Come experience the festivities of the Ramadan season in
Kampong Gelam as the area puts up events to celebrate the end of the fasting month.
Seafood Mela @ Little India, 13 – 14 July
Little India attempts a Guinness World Record by serving
2012 Curry Fish Heads in a single dinner setting on 14 July.
To kick off the celebration, witness a grand parade and a chef competition in which local and international chefs pit their skills for the title of Best Indian Seafood Chef on 13 July.
Trips to the Jurong Fish Port and cruises with tiffin meals will also be organised.
