Here is a quick view of what Supertree Dining has to offer.
Peach Garden Noodle House
Peach Garden Noodle House is the casual version of the Peach Garden group of restaurants. Expect to find a selection of Chinese cuisine comprising of delicious dim sum, Chinese
stir-fried dishes, specialty noodles and rice dishes, as well as desserts. This outlet offers a Special Edition Gardens by the Bay Chicken Rice, priced at $18.80 onwards. The rice is fragrant, albeit slightly on the dry side. The chicken however, is tender and juicy, although the chilli sauce is rather disappointing.
A must-try if you like dim sum would be the Steamed Xiao Long Bao with Goose Liver in Double-boiled Shark's Bone Cartilage Soup ($12.80). This new dish is meticulously prepared by the chefs, and the soup, which is double-boiled for 8 hours, is thick and richly-flavoured. The goose liver melts in the mouth and adds a delicious flavour to the meat inside the bun.
For dessert lovers, try their selection of Fruits Shaved Ice (from $6.80 onwards), which are essentially fruit flavoured ice shavings served in the fruit itself. Such a pretty dish that you almost cannot bear to eat it.
