Ruth's Chris Steak House, the world’s largest upscale steakhouse restaurant with over 130 international locations, has opened its first restaurant in Southeast Asia in Marina Mandarin Singapore.
Despite its recent opening, some steak lovers have already quickly proclaimed it as one of the top steakhouses in Singapore.
Ruth’s Chris specialises in broiling custom-aged USDA prime beef in its trademark 982.2°C oven to lock in its natural flavours and tenderness. Each signature steak is served on a sizzling 260C ceramic plate.
While steak is the star, the menu also includes seafood, lamb, pork, and poultry dishes, as well as classic New Orleans dishes, appetisers, fresh salads, side dishes, and homemade desserts.

The award-winning wine list features many world-class international labels with premium wines also available by the glass.
