A customer ordered lunch from the fish soup stall at Bishan Junction 8's foodcourt, and the serving portion differed from what was pictured on the menu.

Ms Jenny Tay said: "The BBQ eel set looks tantalizing from the menu but when my food was served, it was a disappointment."

When Ms Tay checked with the food server about the portion, she was told that the stall "just changed our serving size recently."

Feeling cheated, Ms Tay wrote in to Stomp to share her experience.
